Lo Wei Min, Pearlyn is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Lo Hock Ling & Co. She is responsible for the management consultancy and information technology consulting divisions of Lo Hock Ling & Co. She is a specialist consultant for family and owner-managed businesses, by assisting clients to professionalise their family businesses, develop succession plans or corporate restructuring strategies for business owners and public listing.
Pearlyn’s capable leadership has brought about remarkable growth in the management consultancy division of Lo Hock Ling & Co which offers services ranging from financial management to information technology system design, network design and system integration.
Pearlyn is an active member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, where she currently serves in the Investigation and Disciplinary Committee of the Institute. She was also a council member of the CPA Australia Singapore Division where she serves as chair-person of the Public Practice Development Program Committee.

Wei Shih heads the Assurance Division of the firm. She has worked with an international accounting firm for some years before joining Lo Hock Ling & Co as Partner. With more than 30 years of experience in providing auditing services to private and public companies and multinational corporations, Wei Shih has extensive professional knowledge of businesses across a broad spectrum of industries, as well as in non-profit organisations, charities and public interest entities.
In addition to her responsibilities as Audit Partner, Wei Shih also plans and oversees the technical development programmes and staff training in the firm. On a personal level, she serves as a volunteer in the Audit and Risk Committee of a non-profit organisation.

Raymond Chan is an assurance partner of Lo Hock Ling & Co. who has more than 25 years of experience in the provision of auditing and corporate advisory services for private and public listed companies. He has a comprehensive knowledge of businesses in a variety of industries and the non-profit sector.
His other areas of expertise include preparatory work relating to initial public offerings, due diligence services, special investigations, valuation of businesses and the preparation of business plans. Raymond Chan is an active member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and has served on the Public Accounting Practice Committee of ISCA.

Wei Pin started her career in auditing in an international firm for several years prior to joining Lo Hock Ling & Co. and has more than 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
In the firm, Wei Pin manages a portfolio of clients, which comprises multinational and privately held corporations in a wide array of industries, as well as non-corporate entities, including charitable organisations which are Institutions of a Public Character. She is the Human Resource partner of the firm and is responsible to ensure the firm has adequate staff resources to support the jobs engagements of the firm.

Roma Luo is an audit partner of our firm. Having worked more than 15 years in the public accounting and commercial sectors, he has a wealth of experience servicing clientele from varied industries ranging from small and medium enterprises and charities to multi-national companies and public listed companies. Roma also has extensive experience in Singapore and China in preparing clients for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and is familiar with China Accounting Standards and Taxation.
